To Carry / To Hold by choreographer Liesel Zink has been specially created for Mature Artists Dance Experience (MADE) and is the company’s major work for 2024.
This new work celebrates the power of the human body and the stories it holds. From the mundane routines of everyday life to the transformative moments that alter our course, To Carry / To Hold intertwines past, present and future in an exploration of stories that connect people across time, space and generations.
To Carry / To Hold will be performed by members of the MADE Ensemble comprised of non-professional dancers aged 50 or over, some of whom have been have been part of MADE creating exceptional and original works with leading choreographers for 19 years.
