Statement from the Director of Racing

The Director of Racing has considered the responses received from Ben Yole and Tim Yole to the show cause notices issued to them on 1 October 2024.

The Director has made a determination to suspend both their harness training and driving licences until the Independent Stewards Panel makes its determination with respect to the charges issued.

No further comment will be made as these matters remain the subject of legal processes.
