Works on Southern Outlet, Brooker Highway

There will be changed traffic conditions on the Southern Outlet, Brooker Highway, and other locations in greater Hobart over the coming weeks to install infrastructure for new overhead electronic traveller information signs.

These signs will display real-time travel time information and can also show information about crashes or other incidents, so people on the road can make informed decisions about their travel.

The works are to build the footings for gantries for electronic message signs, similar to those already installed on the Tasman Highway near Hobart airport.
