Tasmanian Greens Launch Full Election Ticket

What do a foster carer, pulp mill campaigner, an anaesthetist, forest and climate activists, disability advocates, two nurses, small business operators, social workers and a local government councillor have in common?

They’ve all signed up as Tasmanian Greens candidates for the 1 May State election.

Our candidates come from all walks of life and backgrounds, and have a full range of amazing skills and abilities to represent the Greens in this campaign.

I’m so proud to launch our full ticket in Exeter today, standing alongside my friend and Parliamentary colleague, Dr Rosalie Woodruff, our Lyons candidate, Liz Johnstone, Jack Davenport for Bass, and Dr Darren Briggs for Braddon.

We’ve got a strong team of committed, capable and kind Tasmanians ready to listen to the community about their hopes for the future, and prepared to stand up and represent them in Parliament.

All our outstanding candidates are committed to building back greener and fairer from COVID, to real climate action, and to making sure no-one gets left behind.
