Perhaps Gunns lawyer was too busy telling all the councils that that Gunns really does own the island when he should have been giving the tippex a workout on the community side of the PMAA?
Ah well it hasn’t been the first cock up by the Gunners and I am sure it won’t be the last.

Question:
does the PMAA2007 have any relationship to Common Law? does common/Case Law deal with any issues similar in nature to the pipeline issue?
