THE secret of the fate of conservationist Brenda Hean, missing since her aircraft disappeared in 1972, could be buried under the sand of a remote North- East Tasmanian beach. The crew was ordered to dig a giant pit on the beach to bury the wreckage of a light aircraft that had crashed nearby. The bodies of the pilot and passenger are believed to have been dumped into the sea, and the pit in which the aircraft was buried was filled with logs and then covered with sand. The allegation is one of many that are both conflicting and controversial, and are included in director Scott Millwood’s documentary drama Whatever Happened To Brenda Hean? Read more here
