Mill: Who’s Who on the expert panel

The Australian Financial Review reports …

… (7th September) that the panel of experts selected by Australia’s Chief Scientist, Dr Jim Peacock to review submissions received in response to Minister, Malcolm Turnbull’s preliminary determination on approval of Gunns’ pulp mill proposal as a controlled action under the EPBC Act comprises:
Professor Hamish McCallum from the University of Tasmania;
Associate Professor Peter Clarke, from the University of New England;
Dr John Parslow and Dr Mike Herzfeld, both from CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research;
Dr Graeme Batley from CSIRO Land and Water; and
Dr Helene Marsh, from James Cook University.

The same article reports that the expert panel is scheduled to report in three weeks.
