How do you connect with nature?
How does it make you feel?
What is impact of that connection?
Did you know that Australia has a National Strategy for Nature that has as its number one goal To Connect All Australians to Nature? However, most of the research has happened overseas and there are some real gaps in our understanding in the Australian context.
The Nature Connection Project is addressing this by gathering stories, photos, poems, paintings and other creative offerings as a way of researching and understanding how different Australians connect with nature.
With permission these responses are being published on the project’s website for researchers to analyse and report back on.

Your creative work will become part of a national project providing insights, policy advise, reports and resources to governments and nature-based organisations.
