Police attended an incident reported at Lamprill Circle Gagebrook on Friday night, which involved a firearm being discharged.

One person was injured; a youth received a gunshot injury to his leg.

The injury is not considered life threatening.

The police investigation is continuing.

The incident occurred between 11pm-11.20pm in the area of Lamprill Circle.
