Livingstone and Mt Lindsay mine lease decision
Justice Estcourt has handed down his decision in the Supreme Court, dismissing Save the Tarkine’s judicial review application relating to the Livingstone and Mt Lindsay mine leases in the Tarkine.
“We are surprised and disappointed with the decision,” said Save the Tarkine Campaign Coordinator Scott Jordan.
“We will continue our campaign to protect the Tarkine, and we remain opposed to Venture Minerals’ plans for destructive mines in existing reserves in the Tarkine”.
