Idyllic apartment development ready to tee off

With construction already underway, Vos Group has today unveiled the final details of a $25 million apartment complex on the site of the Claremont Golf Course.

The Claremont Golf Course residential development, to be called One Bournville, received approval of its development application earlier in the year and civil works have already begun.

Vos Director Darren Vos said it is an exciting project and a wonderful opportunity for anyone looking to own a unique piece of Tasmanian real estate.

“The development consists of 69 contemporary residential apartments, 11 of which have already been pre-sold,” said Mr Vos.

“One Bournville is situated on the banks of the River Derwent, adjacent to the Claremont Golf Course.

Mr Vos said the One Bournville development will create 100 local jobs and construction of the 16 units in stage one of the development is scheduled to commence early in the new year.

Development of the remaining apartments is scheduled to commence once the remaining stage one apartments have been sold.
