The IIMS has over 1,000 marine surveyor members in over 90 countries worldwide.
“I’m proud and humbled to be selected by the members of the IIMS to be their President in this, the Institute’s 25th Year. The Institute is evolving to meet emerging challenges in new technology and I’m delighted to have been selected to lead them through this critical period, ” said Adam Brancher
As the Australian Maritime Safety Authority take over from state regulators, having a high quality well respected local survey company able to provide services to clients is a real bonus.
“We here at Kedge see the role of a surveyor in very simple terms – to ensure fit for purpose vessels are set up correctly to go out to sea and come back safely. We make sure there are no surprises at survey, communicate clearly and support our clients. This is the hallmark of an IIMS surveyor.”
