Robbie Brown’s Bar Wins Bar of The Year Tasmania 2016

The Australian Bar Awards for 2016 were held last night at Doltone House, Sydney, with over 600 bar industry professionals in attendance. Presented by Australian Bartender Magazine for the 16th year, the event celebrated the elite in the industry.
Robbie Brown’s opened its doors on Kingston Beach less than a year ago, in November 2015. With a large selection of craft beers, wine, whiskies, gins and other spirits (many from Tasmania), a great range of classic cocktails and a small menu offering interesting bar food, Robbie Brown’s has been a very popular addition to the beach suburb only a short drive south of Hobart CBD.
Bar Manager, Niall Maurici says “We are thrilled to receive this award, and to be recognised alongside some of the best bars in the world! It’s a real honour, and our team thank all those who have voted for us, and supported us along the way.”
