WILKIE TO QUESTION PM ON PEN NURSES AND TASMANIAN HEALTH
The Independent Member for Denison, Andrew Wilkie, will ask the Prime Minister the following in Question Time today.
“Prime Minister in 2012 the Federal Government met my request for $325m to boost the Tasmanian health system.
“But that money runs out in June, meaning the loss of desperately needed services.
“Funding for the essential psychiatric emergency nurses is also about to run out.
“Prime Minister, will you commit to a new funding package, including for the PEN nurses, and when will you announce the details?”
