Climate Change: The Paris Summit

The world gathers in Paris December 2015 at COP21 to “exchange data on the worsening climate change impact” and to view Paris.

The 22nd session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 22) of the UNFCCC is expected to take place in from 7-18 November 2016 in the red anthropogenic desert city Marrakech, Morocco

The Kyoto protocol 1997was- “lower CO2 back to where the major volume derived the now anthropogenic deserts, to grow soil-carbon sinks and reverse poverty”. The science replicates Nature’s long proven protocol following dedicated rules to UNFCCC 100year storage.

With a tabled agenda COP22 and living example of growing soil, soil-carbon, reversing climate change, desertification, poverty, could be the start of the Horn Global sink. This replicates current sinks*. Via UNFCCC 100yr “audited secure” sink the certified offsets are all self funding. The cost of offsets has little impact on corporate marketing budgets, certainly a great page3 annual report. The income extended to rebuilding homelands education of the young.

Geo- CO2 storage is unnatural & haunted by disasters; Nature would have long ago perfected such. Wind, Solar, in UNFCCC CO2 accounting emission terms, are a source.

Should the Chair at COP 21 move for a certified model CO2e sinks at COP22 other world agencies will benefit. The UNFCCC low cost offset (certifies CO2 credits) is directed to lower the current 40Bn tonne CO2 will allow BAU until stoichiometric hydrogen (H2O energy H2O) is applied. There is no magic switch to stop temperature rise 1.5/2.0 degrees only Nature can.

These agencies covering poverty, health, desertification, soil, water, education of the young can also see how these low cost offsets initiated UNFCCC 100yr rule will have globe stabilizing benefits. The growing soil yields food fodder forestry for export, hence Farmers buy products.
