Tasmania Medicare Local (TML) has welcomed today’s announcement that its tender has been selected as the basis for establishment of Tasmania’s new Primary Health Network (PHN).

TML Chair and GP Dr Judith Watson and CEO Mr Phil Edmondson say the decision is a good outcome for Tasmanians and gives the best chance of a smooth transition from TML to the new primary health coordinating body.
