Hello Tasmanian Planning Commission
I refer to Section 7B (1) of the Tasmanian Planning Commission Act 1997 (No. 85 of 1997), which states: “(1) The Minister must provide the Commission with a ministerial statement of expectation by
31 January in each even-numbered year.”
I seek a copy of the 2014 to 2016 Ministerial Statement of Expectation by way of return email please .
I refer you to Section 7B: “(8) The Commission is to make the ministerial statement of expectation, as in force from time to time, available to the public on its website.”
The 2014 to 2016 statement is not on the TPC website.
If as of the 13th November 2014, there is actually no 2014 to 2016 Ministerial Statement of Expectation, please advise me without delay of that fact.
May I ask whether, in the event of there being no other expectation, Mary Mary’s Taskforce prevails?
I await your reply regardless of the situation today please.
