Winning Government Business Program
The Liberal Government is committed to supporting Tasmanian businesses to create jobs and grow the economy.
We are delivering on our election commitment to develop and provide a four-year, $200,000 Winning Government Business Program.
The government is committed to improving access to government contracts for Tasmanian businesses. To help achieve this we have already implemented a Local Benefits Test for government contracts and tenders.
The Winning Government Business program will assist businesses to increase their chances of winning government work.
Registrations are now open for the first session in the program – Tendering Basics.
Tendering Basics is aimed at first-time tenderers and will provide an overview of the process, and will cover how to identify tender opportunities, and complete the documentation.
There will also be practical tips and tricks for improving businesses chances of winning government contracts.
