SUBMISSION BY SWAKOPMUND MATTERS on 29 October 2014 to the DECISION- MAKING COMMITTEE appointed by the ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AUTHORITY OF NEW ZEALAND to decide on the CHATHAM ROCK PHOSPHATE MARINE CONSENT APPLICATION

Earlier today a submission was presented on behalf Swakopmund Matters to this Decision-Making Committee at its hearing in Hamilton, New Zealand.
