Save the Tarkine appeals Riley Creek decision
Save the Tarkine has today announced that they have filed an appeal in the Full Court of the Federal Court in the matter of the approval for the Riley Creek mine in the Tarkine.
“We have made a decision to appeal this matter to the Full Court of the Federal Court as we remain of the view that the approval of this mine was unlawful”, said Save the Tarkine Campaign Coordinator, Scott Jordan.
