Matthew Groom: Does Labor Support Households or the Carbon Tax?
Labor needs to be honest with Tasmanians about power prices.
On one hand Bryan Green says he supports the decision to drop power prices but on the other hand he continues to support the carbon tax.
The economic regulator has been clear that the price drop of 7.80 per cent is primarily due to market expectations the carbon tax will be removed on July 1 2014.
If the carbon tax isn’t repealed, prices will go back up.
Bryan Green and the Labor party need to be up front with Tasmanians.
Do they support households and small business or are they still in lockstep with the Greens?
