Last Sea Shepherd ship arrives in Melbourne after Antarctic anti-whaling campaign
8th April, 2014 – Melbourne Australia: The Sea Shepherd ship, Bob Barker, arrives in Williamstown tomorrow after spending two weeks in Wellington, NZ. The ship returned there for a short period to get supplies and thank New Zealand supporters once it had finished its anti-whaling campaign in the Southern Ocean.
This is the first time all three ships will be back at the ship’s operation base in Williamstown. Operation Relentless was Sea Shepherd’s tenth Antarctic whale defence campaign and the recent judgement by the International Court of Justice against the Japanese whalers vindicates our decade of work for the whales. Crew and onshore team will be celebrating the home coming of our last ship to Australia.
