Exeter Market: January 27

Hope you all had a safe and merry Christmas.

The next market is coming up on MONDAY 27th January.

If you would like to book a site for either inside or outside can you please reply as soon as possible, It is looking like it will be another big long weekend market. We would hate for anyone to miss out, especially for inside where we do have limited spaces.

As per our December market for those that attended, the new system of allocating sites for outside worked really well and can only improve the market.

If you know someone that has been to the market in the past and is not aware that we are pre allocating sites, and that bookings are highly recommended, can you please pass on the message and my contact details.

We have mapped out the showgrounds and allocated site numbers, the map is on Facebook.

1. We will be booking you into a site, and giving you a site number when you arrive at the gate.
2. If you are a regular stallholder to the market we will try and book you into your preferred site, however it is at the Market officer discretion to where you are put, and if changes need to be made.
3. The only gate open will be the Winkleigh Road gate from 6.30am, where a Lions member will have your name, and give you your site number, we ask that you stay within your allocated space.
4. The Frankford highway gate will be open from 8 am, mainly for the entrance of the inside stallholders.
5.There is to be no movement of vehicles on the showground site between 9 am and 1.30pm.
6. We would appreciate that you are in and setup at 8.30 ready for the 9 am start.
7. We will come around and collect the stall fees around 9-9.30am

We have found an extra 10-15 sites on the lawn area that we will trial as well for the upcoming market to create a new space.

Full Name
Phone number
Inside- 1 or 2 trestle space
Outside site – number of trestles required if any.
What you will be selling.

The stall holder fee will be as follows:

Inside (homemade, handcrafted, new):
$15.00 includes a 1.6 trestle
$25.00 for two 1.6 trestles

Outside
$15.00 per 5 meter frontage.
$3.00 trestle hire and $5.00 for power.

If you need to cancel we would appreciate notification as soon as you can, so we can rebook your space.

If you have already sent me an email for the upcoming market I will confirm your booking by Saturday 11th.
