Change of date for Federal Court Hearing into the Riley Creek mine approval
The dates set down for the hearing in the Judicial Review of the Riley Creek mine approval in the Federal Court have been altered to 10-11th February 2014.
A request to the court by the Commonwealth to adjourn the scheduled December hearings was not opposed by Save the Tarkine.
