What a day this has been. 13 November 2013 will go down in history as the day the abused children of the former John Oxley Youth Detention Centre in Brisbane finally turned a corner toward justice. A former PM has resigned but he is also a central pillar to the Shredding of the Heiner Inquiry documents being the highest ranking public servant in the Goss Government at the time.

Also today Dean Wells the former Qld. Attorney General who participated in the Heiner shreddergate affair has surfaced crowing to the Supreme Court to be let off the hook after Commissioner Carmody has recomended criminal charges be laid. Numerous people have suffered decades of indignity over this demonstrable coverup of child rape not least being the victims however several whistleblowers have suffered also in the course of events over the past two decades.

The writer stood in the 2001 Queensland general election against Dean Wells as an independent (18.9% primary vote) directing preferences to the Liberal party on an anti child abuse platform whilst being victimised in his workplace at Tarong North Power Station by the Builders Labourers Federation in retaliation for Inter Alia blowing the whistle in 2000 on former ALP identity and now convicted serial paedophile Graham Charles Wickson who during the 1970’s molested young boys when he was an RAAF Flying Officer connected to 12th. Flight Air Training Corp at Clontarf Beach State High School.

What followed was yet another cover up partially orchestrated by former Police Commissioner Bob Atkinson and Senator Eric Abetz whom stalled the police investigation into Wickson for over 3 years whilst Abetz reorganised the entire Australian Cadet Service by trashing the ACS and reconstituting it under a new Corporate banner. Meanwhile the 4 complainants were left in limbo and duress taking 6 years to get Wickson into the Brisbane District court.

The writer was set upon whilst his family received threatening phone calls in the middle of the night and so on eventually leading to the writer pulling up stumps and moving to Western Australia to escape the victimisations. This proved pointless as Atkinson and his cronies continued the witch hunt accross borders right up until the present day and Atkinson is now outrageously sitting on the Child abuse Royal Commission avoiding any references to the rape and molestation of 13yo boys in former high school cadet units.

During the past 8 years the writer has been set up with drugs in Bali, blackmailed for $105,000US, had his career and that of his Step Son castigated by the CFMEU with their ERMS blacklist, publicly defamed by 7West and the WA Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Phones hacked by 7West and the Australian newspaper, ANZ bank account interfered with, denied compensation and assistance from the toothless Australian Human Rights Commission, and his family relationships destroyed by belligerence coming out of the corrupt State Family Court of Western Australia also using their police militia to carry out numerous false arrests and workplace harassments.

The writer has predicted all along to Kevin Lindeberg and his supporters that no-one will ever be charged over the Heiner Shreddregate affair and it now remains to be seen if Chief King Pin Justice Paul De-Jersey comes to the rescue of former Attorney General Dean Wells.
