PROJECT MANAGEMENT – CHANGING THE WORLD
In a competitive market place, it is essential that organisations have the appropriate structures, methodologies and training to achieve successful project outcomes on a consistent basis.
Project management has continued to help organisations gage the success and implementation of high-level maturity models, programs and practices in order to continually improve project management capabilities on an organisational-wide basis.
Project managers from government, mining, oil and gas, energy, information technology, land development, construction, education and many other industries will come together to hear from International and Australian speakers to discuss Project Management – Changing the World.
You will hear from guest speakers who have been hand-picked by Australasia’s largest association for project management, the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) at this years’ National Conference from 13-16 October 2013 at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, WA.
There are significant benefits for participating that can give organisations a platform to boost employee morale, engagement and performance. The keynote speakers are worldwide experts that can help organisations better understand how project management maturity can develop consistent organisational practices that encourage project excellence.
The AIPM National Conference has consistently provided a high level educational program and social events calendar. It offers an abundance of networking opportunities and the opportunity to expand your relationship with some of the key players in the rapidly growing project management sector.
The program has been developed in consultation with a network of special interest groups that will provide a unique opportunity for delegates to interact with Australian practitioners.
