KATTER ANTI-GAY REMARKS SHOULD IMPACT PREFERENCES
Marriage Equality Advocates have called on the Katter Australia Party to ensure further anti-gay remarks are not made by party members.
Australian Marriage Equality, National Convener, Rodney Croome said:
“Bob Katter and his party members need to realise the damage these remarks have on vulnerable gay and lesbian youth”
“If this continues, the Coalition and Labor Party must reject the bigotry by ruling out a preference swap with the Katter Australian Party”.
