Today’s Homes – tops local building awards
Canberra’s favourite local small builders, Today’s Homes and Lifestyle, took out six awards at the recent ACT & Southern NSW Housing Industry Association awards, including Professional Small Builder – a title they have held for five years.
Managing Director Brendan McCoullough said the awards were the icing on the cake for a company that put’s customer satisfaction at its core.
“It’s great to be recognised by your peers with awards like these ones, particularly with the high quality of the competition, but the biggest award for us is the great feedback we get from clients who love living in the homes we build with them”.
“Our company is founded on building cost-effective, innovative homes that suit the lifestyles of our clients. We work with them every step of the way and build them a home that suits their life, not just a building”.
Today’s Homes won six of the ten categories they were finalists in.

Custom Built Home up to $501,000 – 700,000
Custom Built Home up to $701,000 – 900,000

Business Partner of the Year
Professional Small Builder of the Year
“We were thrilled to be recognised again by the HIA as Professional Small Builder of the Year for the fifth year in a row, it is an achievement our whole team can be very proud of.
“Today’s Homes purposefully keeps the number of homes we build to a limit so we can deliver a unique and special building experience for every client, whilst also ensuring the highest standard of quality. We believe this is a cornerstone of our success – our clients know us and work with us through the entire build. We refuse to sacrifice quality, quality is what makes us”.
“It is great to share these awards with the clients who have built their homes with us, we know that long after the awards celebrations are over, they will be happy in a home they love,” says Brendan.
