Good god, are they gettin a bit hard-up? Or do they want a long weekend every weekend? Or have they finally realised they are simply a small, insular, provincial rag. Or is the Net revolution really laying waste? Hag – an ancient old thing – can remember when there were five (5) dedicated Examiner journos assigned just to cover state parliament … and the office was personed seven days a week. good heavens, what’s happened?
