You are invited to a Weld Valley Film Night.
22nd September @ Sirens Restaurant (Upstairs) Victoria Street Hobart. Start 7pm.
Come along for a night of entertainment and information. Featuring brand new short films on the Weld Valley: “Come to Camp Weld” – an inspiring three minute ‘ad’ for Camp Weld. “This Beautiful Weld- as a Clearfell”- a poignant, creative animation created at Camp Weld by artist Allana Beltram. “Imagine Being Sued for Caring”- the latest update on the Gunns 20 case by Award winning filmaker and Gunns 20 defendent Heidi Douglas.
Plus:
“The Case of the Baby-Faced Assasin”- an innovative and touching film featuring astounding night-vision footage of our endangered spotted tail quoll (produced by Trowunna Widlife Park and Andoo Kelly). “Wasting The Woods”- an informative and shocking documentary on the ugly reality of wood-fired power.
Free snacks provided and a bar available.
All proceeds to the campaign to save the Weld Valley.
