Dear Hopsters,

Next secret meeting of the HOPS chapter (HOBART ORGANOLEPTIC PRACTITIONERS) will be held on Thursday 15 June, 6-8pm, at the usual secret meeting place. Since our lasting gathering I’ve been in Mildura creating a “guest brew” Old Willie Warmer – a dark, strong, spiced ale guaranteed to warm the extremities. We’ll have a keg on hand on the night plus Mildura Brewery’s Stephen Nelsen, who will showcase a couple of their regular brews. Look out for Forester Pale Ale – from Tassie’s newest craft brewery outfit plus some other surprises. We’ll keep you posted.
