TONIGHT (Thursday, 5 March 2015)
Hobart will tonight play host to a FREE opening night party to mark the highly anticipated return of the
Spiegeltent, presented by Ten Days in association with Strut & Fret, as part of the Tasmanian
International Arts Festival.
Kicking off the Spiegeltent program in style is a free community opening extravaganza TONIGHT
(Thursday, 5 March) from 5pm, featuring an evening of enchanting entertainment including Silent Disco,
The Dead Maggies, DJ No ReGrets, Dean Stevenson & the Rock Drop, Mangus, a shadow photo booth
from the Terrapin Puppet Theatre, a sampling of highlights from internationally acclaimed circus
ensemble Circa from their show Beyond, exclusive guest spot from singer – songwriter and sexy Irish
chanteuse Camille O’Sullivan and more!
Located outside the velvet and mirror adorned Spiegeltent, will be The Outdoor Lounge, which will
showcase fine Tasmanian produce and beverages, including delights from Taco Taco and Urban Bounty,
as well as beverages from Jansz, Cascade, Domaine A, Stoney Vineyard, Dalrymple, McHenry and Sons
Distillery and Ritual Coffee.
This is the chance of a lifetime to experience these acts for free as well as soak up the Spiegeltent
