Remember, cuts to the ABC’s coverage of regional Australia (and Tasmania is classed as regional), will result in less coverage of stories pertinent to this state, keeping us ignorant of important issues. Like inappropriate industrial developments for example.

A national week of action is planned to support the ABC from Monday 17th
NATIONAL WEEK OF ACTION RE ABC
The National week of Action will commence on Mon 17th November culminating with a protest at Parliament House on Mon 24th or Tues 25th.
In Hobart the CPSU is holding a rally on Wed 19th November, watch for details will forward any when available.
Remember to phone your Liberal Member on the 19th spread the word to friends to join the ring in.
