APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO UNDERTAKE DAM WORKS
Notice is herby given under Section 149 of the Water Management Act 1999 that the Assessment Committee for Dam Construction has received applications under Section 146 of the Act for permits to undertakedam works for constructing of a dam, as set out below:

Catchment: Tamar Estuary
Water Resource: Catchment
Purpose: Stormwater Drainage
Capacity (FSL): 15.0ML
Wall Height: 4.5m.
Location: Bell Bay (4844) East 493 473 North 5 444201
NO 2 has the same rigmarole, then:
Capacity (FSL): 9.0ML
Wall Height: 4.5m
Location: Bell Bay (4844) East: 493 406, North: 5 444 201
NO 3 has the same, then,
Capacity (FSL) 3.0ML
Wall Height: 3m
Location: Bell Bay (4844) East: 492 567 North: 5 444 485
Persons who may be affected by an application to undertake dam works, may, until close of business on MONDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 2011, make written representations, addressed to the Coordinator Water Licence and Dam Administration, Water Management Branch, GPO Box 44, Hobart 7001.
Arrangements can be made toi view applications at the Department’s regional offices between 9.00am and 5 pm. by phoning 62 332 613.
Maps … which show the dam will affect outflow into Dirty Bay which will hence be modified from its current pristine state
