Julie Collins is behaving like her namesake submarine – Deeply submerged out of view of the voters. I’m sure the depth charge of Jane Howlett running in Franklin has caused some serious shudders through the Collin’s camp. We all saw in the state election how driven Jane Howlett was. Bring on the Federal Election it should be very interesting to watch the self-styled maverick Jane Howlett taking the fight up to the incumbent Labor candidate.
