Inner Circle

The Inner Circle is where Patrons of Tasmanian Times come together as a community.

It is an acknowledgement that you understand that a free independent media is critically important to democracy and that you really value what we are doing. It is also an acknowledgement that you are a person that takes action in support of your values and beliefs, rather than sit on the side lines throwing rocks.

These two elements mean that you and those behind Tasmanian Times are on the same page.

When you become a Patron you will be invited to join the Inner Circle. It’s your choice.

What are the benefits of being in the Inner Circle?

  • You’ll connect with others that also feel great for actively supporting the important work we do
  • You’ll have unique access to the Tasmanian Times board and management, which will be important for us both
  • You’ll be included in private video conference calls where we discuss ideas that will shape our media offering
  • Your voice will be heard on major decisions that Tasmanian Times will make
  • You’ll be the first to see our new initiatives
  • You get bragging rights that nobody else has
  • You’ll help shape the rules to being in the Inner Circle
  • You get to decided how much you pay to join our Inner Circle
  • It will be fun and life will smile on you

You can simply support us financially and not join the Inner Circle if you wish.

We also need to be clear on our integrity.

The most important rule is – being part of the Inner Circle does not allow you to demand we use our platform for your personal benefit. Your opinion is important to us, but wannabe oligarchs is not in the spirit of the Inner Circle.

If we are values aligned, please consider becoming a Patron and also joining our Inner Circle.
