Tas Bike Collective needs your support
We are writing on behalf of the Tasmanian Bike Collective (TasBC) to ask for your assistance in helping us continue our vital work in the coming months.
At TasBC we know a young person’s life can be changed forever if they are supported to re-engage with education, develop fundamental work skills and have opportunities to improve their mental and physical health.
Over the past two years the costs of program delivery has substantially increased while the amount of core funding our programs receive from the State Government hasn’t.
The TasBC have proposals and submissions in place to re-align our core funding with current costs. However, these negotiations are for the 2024-25 financial year and beyond.
Therefore, between now and June 30 the Tas Bike Collective is urgently seeking additional short-term assistance to raise $25,000 to maintain our momentum and support of young people.
