Netball Tasmania CEO Aaron Pidgeon said he was thrilled to announced the 2021 inductees.

“It’s always exciting to be able to recognise some of the greatest contributors to our sport in Tasmania, and this is a wonderful and well deserving group of inductees.”

“We’re disappointed not to be conducting an induction ceremony this year, but we believe it’s important to ensure that we’re able to create an event which allows the inductees to be celebrated in the best way possible. Given the limited number of 2021 inductees, we determined that holding off and instead inducting the 2021 group along with the 2022 group of inductees would provide the best chance to achieve that.

“It’s important that the bar for induction into the Tasmanian Netball Hall of Fame is set very high, and we believe that this year’s group is indicative of those standards. We look forward to being able to recognise and induct many more Tasmanian netball identities in the coming years.”

Detailed profiles of all inductees will be accessible via the Hall of Fame tab on the Netball Tasmania website.
