Women’s+ Health Expo Comes to Launceston
The Multicultural Council of Tasmania (MCoT) is proud to present Launceston’s Women’s+ Health Expo, a free community event designed to connect women+ and their families with vital health and wellbeing services.
Following the success of two Women’s+ Health Expos held in Hobart in 2024 and 2025, MCoT is expanding the event to the north of the state, bringing it to Launceston Saturday 25 October 2025 at St Lukes Health, 93 Cimitiere Street.
This mini-expo will feature 15 local services offering information and support across health, legal aid, family services and community programs in Launceston and surrounding areas.
Attendees can also participate in drop-in workshops throughout the morning, including an aromatherapy session designed to help participants unwind and create something special to take home.
“We believe everyone should feel well-informed and supported on their journey to better health and wellbeing,” said a spokesperson from MCoT.
“Having opportunities to connect with like-minded people also promotes better mental health, especially for those who are marginalised,”
said Rachel Valentyne – Project Manager and Community Engagement Officer
The event is free and open to all women+ (inclusive of anyone who identifies as a woman or has a women+ experience) and their families.
