The Slice-a-licious competition was a two-week event held by Launceston Central to find the best slice in the city.
Nine local businesses participated, each offering a unique slice for people to purchase and vote on. The competition was part of a larger campaign to encourage people to visit Launceston’s city center and support local businesses during the winter months. The winner was determined by public vote.
