In the lead up to Tasmania’s state election, a Vote Earth Rally will be held this weekend.

Hosted by Bob Brown Foundation, citizens will rally for Tasmania’s unique and precious environment. Speakers will address the importance of saving endangered wildlife and protecting the Tarkine, ending native forest logging and protecting waterways from toxic fish farms.

Organisers say that Liberal Premier Jeremy Rockliff and ALP’s Environment Shadow Minister Janie Finlay have been invited to attend as guest speakers.
