Cut X Paste will be touring to Tasmania for the first time in May 2025, promising to bring along plenty of crafty inspiration and fun times via their collage-making event, Collage Forage.
Collage Forage is a  creative workshop that will be popping up in Launceston and Hobart as part of celebrations for World Collage Day 2025 (https://kolajinstitute.org/worldcollageday/), a global celebration of collage art.
Locals and visitors alike are invited to join these events taking place in Launceston at Saint John Craft Beer (Thursday 8 May) and Hobart at Boodle Beasley Bar (Saturday 10 May).
Collage Forage combines the appeal of mushrooms with collage-making in a pub. This workshop is a casual meet up and creative event for beginners and seasoned collage artists alike. No prior experience is necessary and all materials are provided.
Organisers invite you to “share conversation, make new friends, dip into a treasure-trove of materials and create collages inspired by the textures, shapes and colours of local fungi.”
Collage Forage is hosted by Australian-born collage artist Emma Anna.
Tickets to these Tasmanian events are now available via the booking links at www.cut-x-paste.com.
