Taste of Summer celebrating everything great about Tasmania

The Taste of Summer is back, bigger than ever and featuring some of our state’s favourite products.

The Taste of Summer is all about celebrating everything that is great about Tasmania, says Taste of Summer Chair Jarrod Nation.

“This year, in partnership with a number of supporters, we are all in on making this the best Taste ever and the most Tasmanian Taste ever,” Mr Nation said.

“We have curated the best of the best Tasmanian produce for our stalls and we are thrilled to be collaborating with some of Tasmania’s favourite brands to bring Taste to life.

“JMC really embodies our values of supporting local and being a huge part of our community. JMC is here for our community all year around through a number of community partnerships and we’re glad to have them as our supporters.

“Our other major partners include Hobart Airport, Clover Hill, Boag’s, 7K Distillery and Hartz/Juicy Isle.

“Each is a classic Tasmanian brand and we are so lucky to be able to work with them.

“We are also grateful for the ongoing support of state and local government through Events Tasmania, TasPorts and Hobart City.

“This year’s Taste is going to be the biggest and the best yet. We’re already getting close to selling out some sessions, so we’re encouraging people to get their tickets soon.

“This year we’re creating some incredible spaces with our partners, including The Tasman Yacht Club area that anyone can enjoy by upgrading their ticket. A ticket into The Tasman Yacht Club will give patrons a premium waterfront experience including reserved seating, priority access into the festival and to the 7K The Tasman Yacht Club Bar.

“Our major partners help make the award-winning Tasmania’s Taste of Summer the largest food and drinks festival in Australia and give locals the chance to have the night, or nights, of their life. We’re looking forward to this year and we can’t wait to welcome everyone on the 27th of December.
