Art from Trash News …

Hi everyone,
This will be my last e-news as AFT coordinator. I have been offered a wonderful new opportunity and one can’t have everything.  I love Art From Trash, it is important for creativity and the environment and attracts an astonishing mix of artists and audience. It has been a privilege.

The AFT baton is being passed to the wonderful Jason Richards from Resource. Jason is passionate about waste reuse comes with huge amounts of interstate experience in similar style events and has worked the last 2 exhibitions so his face will be familiar to many of you.

An important change to usual dates. Salamanca Arts Centre has an exciting exhibition program for next year so Art From Trash is moving forward a bit to accommodate. This change may affect school entries but we have a plan, if you represent a school please email aft@resource.coop so we are sure to let you know all info.
