A fabulous night featuring a cascading of glitter, glamour and glitz.

New artists strutt alongside seasoned veteran performers at the final Burlesque After Dark show for 2018.

This bi-monthly event has been running for the past 5 years in Tasmania – enticing audiences with a variety of burlesque and cabaret acts. The only thing the audience can expect is the unexpected.

From drag, boylesque to classic glamorous tease, Burlesque After Dark shows burlesque in all its guises.

Audiences are encourage to unleash their inner vixen – with great prizes for best dressed on offer.

    There is quite a lot of material coming onto the pages of TT about the abysmal status of women after 60 years of sexual revolution disinhibition posing as a caricature of ‘liberation’.

    If you want to see the ‘delightfully’ packaged commodification of women and their sexuality as an ‘art’ form, voyeur yourself along to a burlesque show to indulge all those ‘broad minded’ sexist fantasies that keep women just where we want them .. because they want it and like it .. any fantasy you want …
