    So Barnett’s two resigning panel Members are experts in aquaculture and environmental management.

    Are the other six panel members equally expert in these fields ?

    Are panel recommendations provided based on full consensus .. or majority rule ?

      As usual in Tasmania, it will be based on minority rule and vested Government-business interests.
