Keith Antonysen, indicate where PM Morrison has slipped up since he has been PM. You are talking rubbish!

With the best PM we have in years, you are still hiding in a cosy corner with your Green mates waiting for the world to fall apart!

Rob … Knocking off Turnbull was foolish in the extreme after the example Labor had already created. People were generally relieved when Abbott was knifed in the back.

The Embassy move that was suggested in relation to Israel has International ramifications. Many Nations we deal with see such a move poorly. Moving the Embassy only plays into that terrible situation.

Following what Trump does hardly provides for good policy. After part of the Report on Religious Discrimination was leaked, Morrison quickly made a Captain’s call which went against Ruddock’s view expressed in the Report.

Morrison’s views on climate change went down like a lead balloon in Wentworth. He had already chosen Ministers who are regarded as climate change deniers. Morrison is the person who took a lump of coal into Parliament stating something like “Don’t be afraid.”

Barnaby Joyce suggesting that he wanted to take over leadership of the Nationals hardly went down well.

The Liberals have tried to externalise blame on Turnbull for losing Wentworth. After dumping him, Turnbull could hardly be expected to politic on behalf of Sharma.

The last two weeks of electioneering in Wentworth was a shambles; something that was displayed in the postal votes.

Morrison is now copping it from big business .. Woodside has been highly critical:

Publicly, many Federal Liberals blame Turnbull for their huge loss in Wentworth. Sammy J the comedian encapsulates the situation with his comment .. “Forced out of your Birthday Party and then asked to make lolly bags.”

We were told that the Liberals would listen after the Wentworth by-election, but they clearly haven’t. The last two weeks of the Wentworth by-election saw the Liberals panic, and make one blunder after another. Hardly a recommendation to remain in “government”. The ratbag extreme right control the LNP, and they wish to represent their neocon party members, except the community generally does not accept the ratbag extreme right wing parliamentarians in the LNP. With luck, chief troublemaker Abbott will be ousted at the next election.

The LNP has provided the same kind of “government” as it has provided since 2013. Morrison cannot claim to be entitled to a honeymoon period as suggested by Rob.

Of coarse the usual suspects are already there sticking the boots into the PM! Max and Russell are 24/7/365 advocates of damage for anyone to whom they take a dislike!

Anyone who is ever placed in a position by the government, sporting bodies, unions and local councils, all as examples where competition between personalities is involved, will know that things will go wrong, especially where operations are not closely controlled and subject to regular scrutiny by dedicated and responsible overseeing bodies.

We have already seen this with International Soccer, the running of the Olympics training and preparation, and more recently Cricket Australia, Unions such as the HSU under Kathy Jackson, and BWU deals with contractors labor hire all known to Opposition leader Bill Shorten!

Local governments such as Huon valley Council $4M investment gamble under former Mayor Mike Wilson and all of the in house deals with the Manager, 2 aldermen and legal rep from Glenorchy City Council.

There is probably much worse than that with the Fox task Force which cost Tasmania tens of millions of dollars falsely accounted for both politically by State Labor and operationally within DELM.

I would strongly suggest that the PM is not a dishonest person, but he may have been caught up in some Tourism contract deals, and here the conflicting personalities get themselves into hot water for a while. It goes on all the time in most businesses. Look at the banks and the superannuation industries. Thankfully with both Turnbull and Morrison the government has made significant inroads into the operations of these mone- making moguls ripping off the public.

So where to now? Nail Morrison to the cross? H old him accountable for past differences?

The man is to be judged as his performance as a PM, not as a former Tourism Minister. Let’s move on !

Morrison has achieved such a lot in such a short time. What is the problem? Still crying for poor old Malcolm to return? Malcolm will be fine with all of his merchant banker offshore investments, and good on him!

It’s time to move on and allow our PM to continue to stave off the Chinese to protect our businesses and borders.

Robin, your strategy of glossing over past crimes and incompetence is bad enough when it is applied to rogues running for profit outfits like Forestry Tas and Gunns, but when it is applied to those who should be setting a leadership example, and who make the big decisions, it is pure, unadulterated stupidity.

Tomorrow some of us will pause to remember what happened when that sort of idiocy made war inevitable, and the end, 100 years ago, of the slaughter that followed. LEST WE FORGET!

Sorry Rob. Please tell us of the achievements of the Federal Liberal government and why you are a staunch supporter, or better still, tell me why I should be a supporter .. as I have obviously missed something.

I have a hangup on why they kept refusing to look into the banks, short changed us on power prices by advocating the selling of the power utilities, fought against same sex marriage and squandered money on it and then claimed credit for it, gave us an inferior NBN at a higher cost .. and the unforgivable crime of refusing to accept that climate change will destroy our world.

I could go on, but as I think you are a rusted on believer and will not give anything or challenge anything that I have said, I will rest my case.

Don’t you think that corruption should be investigated and remedied, Robin?

Or is it that you believe politicians should be allowed to commit crimes while the rest of us have to face the Courts?

The vultures are circling another prime minister. Can Morrison make it to the next election?

There should be a Federal ICAC overseeing all politicians’ activities, including Federal, State and Local Governments.

Ordinary Australians are sick to death of politicians abusing their privileges and handing out our money to line the pockets of their maaaates in Big Business, while our schools, hospitals, ambulance, police and every other public service languishes into dysfunctional disrepair which endangers and diminishes our lives and our democracy.
