The Full Court Appeal by Triabunna Investments, Spring Bay Mill and Bob Brown Foundation v. The Minister for the Environment will start today at 10:15am in the Commonwealth Law Courts at 39 Davey St, Hobart.

Triabunna Investments, Spring Bay Mill and Bob Brown Foundation are appealing the federal Environment Department’s decision to approve Tassal’s controversial fish farm on the state’s East Coast at Okehampton Bay.

The appeal will be heard by the full Federal Court in Hobart on 30 to 31 October 2018
