The Saturday Paper wins a Walkley …

This week, The Saturday Paper’s Michael Nolan, received the 2017 Walkley Award for Best Headline. The Saturday Paper congratulates Michael on this outstanding achievement.

The Saturday Paper works each week to get behind the headlines, to tell the whole story. But that doesn’t mean we don’t take pride in our puns. This is the third time the paper has been nominated in the category.

Michael’s winning headlines reflect The Saturday Paper’s intelligent take on news. They were: “The father, the son and the Hillary ghost”, “Dualling ban grows” and “Carpe PM: Turnbull biographer Paddy Manning turns on the PM”.

There’s more where that came from, so why not subscribe or give the paper as a gift.
