• Ted Cutlan, ROCC: Cable car draft faciltation bill: ‘No thanks’, says the public … Careful analysis of the submissions regarding the Draft Cable Car Facilitation Bill 2017 by Respect The Mountain (RTM) shows emphatically that the public are overwhelmingly opposed to the draft Bill. Of those submissions that referred to the draft legislation, 80% were opposed to the draft Bill. Of the submissions referring to a cable car the opposition to the cable car was 70%. Of the submissions that addressed details of the legislation, 93% were critical.
